Privacy Policy

Your wardrobe is personal. This policy explains what Inaya processes when you organise clothes, request outfit ideas, or generate a try-on.

Who is responsible?

Avenor Development Technologies Ltd. (Avenor Digital), based in Nigeria, operates Inaya. Contact support@avenor.digital for privacy questions or requests.

Information we use

Photos and AI processing

Inaya sends the selected photos and relevant instructions through our servers to OpenAI to separate clothing, label garments and create try-ons. For outfit suggestions, OpenAI receives wardrobe descriptions, item identifiers, your occasion, language and coverage preferences. A try-on sends your selected personal photo and garment images; this may include your face and body.

Your reference try-on photo is saved on your phone. Inaya does not save that original photo in its server image storage, but transmits it to OpenAI when you request a try-on. The generated result is stored privately on our servers. Original outfit uploads are processed without being saved in our image storage; generated garment images are stored.

We do not perform facial recognition or create biometric identification templates. Generated images can change your appearance or garment details and are not a measurement of real fit.

OpenAI states that API content is not used for model training by default unless a customer opts in. Its default abuse-monitoring retention is up to 30 days, with legal and safety exceptions. The text and garment-labelling requests currently use the Responses API's default application-state retention, which can retain responses for at least 30 days. These provider controls are separate from deleting content in Inaya. See OpenAI's data controls.

Why we process information

We use this information to provide and personalise the features you request, save your wardrobe, authenticate your account, manage subscriptions and allowances, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and comply with law. Where applicable, the legal bases are providing our service contract, consent for processing that requires it, legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, and legal obligations. You can stop future AI processing by not requesting AI features and contact us to withdraw consent or request deletion.

Providers and sharing

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, handle legal claims, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information. The current Inaya app contains no advertising SDK or advertising tracking and does not publish your photos to other users.

Storage, retention and deletion

Account and wardrobe records are hosted in the United States. Our providers may process information in other countries where they operate. Where required, international transfers must use applicable contractual or other legal safeguards.

We retain your wardrobe and account content while needed to provide your account. Generated images can be stored before you save a wardrobe item or look; leaving a generation unsaved does not itself delete that image. Removing a saved garment or look requests deletion of its corresponding image. You can remove the local reference photo in Settings.

Choose Settings → Delete my account to delete the active account and associated wardrobe, looks and image-usage records and initiate deletion of all server images belonging to it. Storage cleanup can be delayed by a technical failure; contact support if you need help. Subscription event logs and provider transaction records may remain for purchase support, security and legal obligations. Apple authorisation revocation and RevenueCat profile cleanup depend on configured provider integrations; contact support for assistance with remaining provider records.

Deleting your app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in your Apple account settings. Support and security records are retained as needed for their purposes and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection regulator. Email support@avenor.digital; we may need to verify your identity. You can edit wardrobe details, delete saved content and manage camera access in iOS Settings. The photo picker accesses only images you choose to share.

Security and children

We use encrypted connections, authenticated access, private image storage and ownership checks. No service can guarantee complete security. Upload only photos you have permission to use. Inaya is designed for adults and is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has provided personal data so we can address it.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or request consent when required. Contact Avenor Development Technologies Ltd. (Avenor Digital), Nigeria, at support@avenor.digital.
